PC-Warrants 2 ver 2.0.8212 Install Files (34 Meg) 7-6-2022
This is the current release version of PC-Warrants 2 .
You can download the software and install it in Demo Mode without needing a serial number. Download the file and unzip it to a convenient folder and then run the Setup.exe file. Then follow the directions. You need Admin rights to do this so you may have to get your IT department to help.
Fill out the Contact Us form and request a temporary serial number so you can create your own studies and produce your own reports.
TatukGIS Viewer 1.13.1 Installer
This software is used to create map project files from files you download from the US Census Bureau (for free) and create the map project files you need to map the location of your studies (See the tutorial on the Tutorials page for help).

PC-Warrants ver 1.23.1 Update File (2 Meg) 4-27-2016
This is the latest update of just the program file for PC-Warrants version 1.
Download the zip file and unzip it to the folder where PC-Warrants.exe is located, which usually is a C:\Program Files\PC-Warrants\. This will replace the older program file with the newer one.

This zip file contains two pdf files. One contains the two page Signal Warrant report generated by PC-Warrants. The other has the one page Multiway report and a sample Intersection Image report. You can get a good idea what the software can do by looking at these reports.

PC-Warrants Manual Ver 1.X (34 Meg)
This is the manual for the previous version of PC-Warrants (1.16). It has a series of tutorials to show you how to install the software, perform basic procedures used in the software, import data from different types of traffic counters, and produce reports. If you prefer printed manuals to web tutorials then this might be of interest to you. Remember, the new features in version 1.20.x are not included in this manual.
